Andrew Barry
Andrew has been involved in investment management for the past 20 years. Prior to leading Human Financial, he was both CEO and CIO for a quantitative investment management business Alpha Beta for seven years.
Alpha Beta, based in Sydney, Hong Kong and London, operated institutional quantitative and statistical arbitrage hedge funds across various global jurisdictions.
Prior to founding Alpha Beta, he was a portfolio manager for a number of multi-asset macro hedge funds, including Coronation and Sable in London.

Angus Sippe
Angus is Chief Investment Officer of Human Financial and heads up the development of investment strategies and designs. He has 20 years of investment management experience focused on global multi-asset & OCIO investing for large pension funds and insurers.
Previously he was a senior multi-asset portfolio manager at Schroders, responsible for $7 billion in absolute return, benchmark relative and ESG sustainable products and was one of five voting members on Schroders' Global Asset Allocation committee, responsible for guiding asset allocation for portfolios in excess of $250 billion.

Grace Lin
Grace has over 15 years of experience in operations management, fund accounting and unit pricing.
Previously she managed the unit pricing and fund accounting teams in Royal Bank of Canada (RBC, now Citigroup), JPMorgan and StatePlus (now Aware Super); and operations team at Wilson Asset Management (WAM).
Her track record includes the successful implementation of large-scale projects, including registry system transition at StatePlus, fund accounting and valuation system migration at Link Market Services, outsourcing of RBC unit pricing functions to Malaysia, and the launch of two new trust funds at WAM.

Stephen Bowey
With over three decades in global financial services, Stephen was previously Partner at LeapFrog Investments, the profit-with-purpose private equity investor twice named by Fortune as one of the top Companies to Change the World. LeapFrog’s portfolio of companies now reaches 492 million people with financial services and healthcare across more than 30 emerging markets. Previously, Stephen was a strategy and marketing executive at Old Mutual, a leading investment manager and life insurer; and an executive director at a sovereign-owned investment manager.

Chang Liu
Chang leads Human Financial technology architecture and development. Chang has deep experience in designing and implementing secure algorithms, protocols and systems, including the development of Human Financial's portals, the Human Financial Administration System (HFAS), and the integration of these systems with ClearView’s customised Acurity registry system.
With two PhDs in Computer Science, Chang was previously with Alpha Beta, a global systematic quant hedge fund.
